LWB5 on Ubuntu Laptop

Hello,

I'm trying to bring up an LWB5 SDIO card dev board on a dell latitude laptop with ubuntu 14.04. The laptop has a native SD card slot.

I have the following hw configuration:

JP4 in EXT
JP6 connected
JP7 in EXT

I have 3.3V power supply going to pin 1 (3.3V) of J5.
I have 1.8V power supply going to pin 2 (VDD_IO) of J3.
Both supplies are grounded to pin 2 (GND) of J5

I have pin 11 (WL_REG_ON) of J3 pulled up to the 1.8V supply with a 12K ohm resistor.
I have pin 13 (BT_REG_ON) of J3 pulled up to the 1.8V supply with a 12K ohm resistor.

When applying power, the board only draws 0.007 mA and there is no enumeration in dmesg.

I have not yet installed drivers on the laptop. I was under the assumption that the card should show up in dmesg without them. My next step is to try installing drivers, but I would appreciate some guidance as to if i missed anything.

Thanks,
Chris
