Problem interfacing TiWi-SL wifi module and EEPROM

I am doing project which uses both EEPROM and WIFI using MSP-EXP430FR5739 EXP board along with TiWi-SL wifi module. The problem is wifi module is using USCI_B for spi interfacing.I am using AT24c1024(1mb) EEPROM for logging the data.Since msp430fr5739 has only one i2c i have to use USCI_B for interfacing eeprom.

Now i am enabling the spi interrupt getting the data from wifi store it in a temporary buffer then disable the spi to connect with i2c for storing the data to eeprom.

Here the problem is when i disable spi interrupt i lost the connection to wifi . But i have to disable the spi interrupt and enable the i2c interrupt to store the data .

Changing the spi pins is not possible for me because its a experimenter board and all the connections are already made on the board for wifi(I cannot cut the track.).

For i2c i don't have any other option than USCI_B.

Can any one suggest that how to change from spi to i2c without losing the connection to wifi.

We will need to refer you to TI's website for the CC3000 as we have not worked with the I2C interface. It is not included in the TiWi SL datasheet.
