Reset Pull-up

Hi,
The pin description table in the SaBLE-x-R2 datasheet says for pin #6… "Active Low Reset. 100 kΩ Pull-up". Does this mean that we are supposed to add a pull-up resistor externally to this pin or that there's already a pull-up resistor inside the module ?
By the way, I have opened a design consultation for this matter several times and nobody is answering. Is the technical support available or not?
Regards,
Jorge

The 100k pull-up is within the module.

We've recently moved our web presence back in-house as we were not satisfied with it under a 3rd party vendor. We feel we can be more innovative and responsive, updates and improvements are ongoing. It is definitely possible that we have a broken link or form and offer our apologies. We ask that you email the details of your request for consult directly to cs-support@lairdtech.com. We ask that you also provide a link or details about when/where you submitted for the design consultation so that we can determine where that is broken.

Hi, and thanks for your answer on the pull-up resistor question.
Thanks also for the clarification on the lack of answer from tech support. I have writen down the provided email for further questions that may arise.
About the link for my previous attempts of getting tech support, this is the link of the web form I used…
https://www.lsr.com/email-technical-sales
After fullfilling the form and having sent it, I got a web page cofirming the form reception and telling that a tech support representative would contact and answer. But that was all.
Thanks.
